
The LSU AgCenter Healthy Communities and Farm to School programs have developed a culinary training series for community food service organizations. This training includes 8 Harvest of the Month recipes, knife and food prep skills, procurement, and other food system-related information. This program is funded by the CDC 1809 High Obesity Program grant.

EatSmart is a web-based nutrition curriculum developed by the nutrition specialist team from the LSU AgCenter. The curriculum is used as a training tool for paraprofessionals including Child Nutrition Educators and School Food Service Providers who are required to complete the Nutrition Certification Program. EatSmart is also a great resource for anyone who wants to improve their basic nutrition knowledge.
