This course provides new volunteers with basic knowledge of 4-H, their role as a 4-H leader, and tools and to be successful teaching and leading 4-H programming. After completing this course students will be able to identify the different components of the 4-H program, describe the fundamental role of a 4-H leader, and recognize the different learning models utilized in 4-H educational programs.
